I have a problem. My problem is that I’m in bed at 6:20pm on a Sunday, have been in bed all day, haven’t eaten anything all day, and can’t make myself even get up and go downstairs to the kitchen to forage for food. Much less go outside like I was planning to, yesterday.
 
I am aware that this problem has a simple solution.
