Hi!

For some time now, I have had occasional urges to write posts in my lj about fannish things, or about a book I read recently, or about ideas I have. These urges generally have gotten as far as the planning stage when the realization would come: "Crap. If I actually post this, Mom will see it. And so will some of my best friends from real life. And I want to keep this semi-secret. Crap."

The solution eventually presented itself: make a separate journal!

I'm attempting to keep the two as separate as possible, so I won't give my RL LJ here, but several people who were friended from it will know it. Since I don't have anything terribly personal on there either, the important part is that no one over there knows about this journal. ;)
